Aviso is a free mobile platform that lets trained storm spotters send verified hazard reports to the National Weather Service in seconds — replacing phone lines and radio nets with one structured, geo-verified path.
Every severe-weather event surfaces the same problem: trained people saw the hazard, but the warning didn't reflect it fast enough. Aviso closes that gap.
